Advocating for autoimmune diseases is also central to our blog identity. Both our founders have autoimmune disorders, and would like to share how their lives have been affected by these conditions. Since autoimmune disorders have no cures, lifestyle and nutrition play a large role in treatment! We look forward to connecting with a larger community, and spreading awareness for our conditions.
